Vietnamese coffee + Vietnamese gin = the best Vietnamese espresso martini. Created by District One Studios founder Dan Q. Dao at Madame Vo, this recipe features our District One blend paired with Vietnamese Gin from the pioneering Sông Cái Distillery.
- 1 oz phin-brewed Vietnamese coffee, such as Nam Coffee's District One blend
- ½ oz coffee liqueur, such as Mr Black
- 2 oz Sông Cái Floral Gin
- ½ oz condensed milk
- 3 coffee beans for garnish
Combine ingredients in a shaker tin, add ice, and shake. Strain into martini glasses and garnish with coffee beans.
