Move over, espresso martinis! This light and refreshing Vietnamese coffee espresso tonic can be made with or without gin.
- 2 oz Nam Coffee (Da Lat 100% Robusta)
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 5 oz tonic water
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Brew coffee using Phin Filter method OR espresso
- Fill glass with ice and add simple syrup, tonic water
- Pour coffee on top and garnish with lemon slices or rosemary (or both).
