Vietnamese Espresso Tonic Recipe

Move over, espresso martinis! This light and refreshing Vietnamese coffee espresso tonic can be made with or without gin. 


  • 2 oz Nam Coffee (Da Lat 100% Robusta)
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 5 oz tonic water
  • Lemon slices for garnish


  1. Brew coffee using Phin Filter method OR espresso
  2. Fill glass with ice and add simple syrup, tonic water
  3. Pour coffee on top and garnish with lemon slices or rosemary (or both).
