It's important to note that order processing times are separate from the shipping estimate and delivery times noted in checkout.Â
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and a notification when the order is marked as delivered. Â
Please note that we are a small business and from time to time we do experience delays due to a high volume of orders. We will do our best to communicate any issues with you upfront! Furthermore, we will let you know if your order is subject to any postal service problems or other issues outside of our control.

International Shipping
Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we are unable to ship individual orders internationally. International wholesale orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have questions please contact info@nam.coffee
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available, as courrier data may not be available for orders until they reach a processing facility.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 1 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nam.coffee with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Due the perishable nature of coffee beans, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due the perishable nature of coffee beans, we do not offer returns or exchanges.Â
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@nam.coffee with your order number and description of the issue. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
