Ordered Da Lat 100% robusta, with fingers crossed, and I have to say, we are delighted by how close it is to what we had! The quality and flavor is excellent. "Bold, not bitter. I grind the DaLat beans fresh and use a drip coffee maker. My daughter is hooked on SB coffee pods. Side-by-side the difference is obvious. Coffee pods lose. I also brew the traditional way -- 3 tblsp coarse grind, phin filter and sweetened condensed milk. A wonderful kick-start in the morning without the jitters. My Vietnamese sacred turtle tattoo agrees !!!"
